Tottenham Hotspur academy striker, Kion Etete, has produced a wonderful finish in training that has left many Spurs fans swooning on social media.
Etete joined the Tottenham academy from Notts County last summer following a successful trial in North London.
He has enjoyed a fantastic season for the club’s Under-18s, netting eight goals and two assists in thirteen appearances this year (transfermarkt.com).
Big things are expected of the 18-year-old at North London, with Football.London’s Alasdair Gold even suggesting that Etete could be the man to fill the void left by Fernando Llorente.
The teenager certainly seems to possess the finishing ability needed to evolve into an elite striker. Watch Etete’s lovely strike into the top corner during training:

That finish from Etete was almost Defoe-esque in the lack of back lift and how pure the strike was. He certainly looks like one for the future but the 18-year-old has his work cut out for him if he is to edge ahead of Troy Parrott and convince the coaching staff that he is ready to make the transition into the first-team.
