Tottenham Hotspur have taken the lead after just seven minutes of action against Aston Villa in North London.
The goal came when Steven Bergwijn won possession outside of the Villa box and took a couple of touches before firing the ball emphatically beyond Martinez.
The Dutchman has struggled for regular football and recent months and this was his first Premier League goal of the season.
A win for Spurs this evening would secure them yet another finish ahead of rivals Arsenal and a big step towards securing Europa League football.
