Tanguy Ndombele helped to put Rangers to the sword in Glasgow last night after finding the back of the net in Napoli’s 3-0 Champions League victory.
The French international joined the Serie A side on a season long loan deal last month which includes the option to make the deal permanent having failed to make a positive impression at Tottenham following his club-record £63million move from Lyon in 2019 (Sky Sports).
Ndombele came off the bench in the 82nd minute of the Group A clash at Ibrox and rounded off the Italian’s victory in injury time.
The 25-year-old got himself into the Rangers penalty area after Anguissa had won back possession and left Allan McGregor helpless when he powered in a right-footed shot from twelve yards out.

Hopefully, Ndombele can continue to impress at Napoli and allow Tottenham to recoup a respectable amount of money for him at the end of the season to round off one of the worst buys in the club’s history.
