Sport Bild have reported (30/10/19) that Tottenham are interested in signing the Valencia winger, Ferran Torres, with Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund also keen on the Spanish youngster.
The 19-year-old is currently only under contract at his club until 2021, meaning that Spurs could stand a good chance at securing his signature for a decent price.
Valencia are said to want around £17.2m for the winger, a very competitive price in today’s market, especially for a forward.
Torres has played 61 games for the Valencia first team, scoring three goals in the process (Wikipedia).
