Eric Dier opened up on the Carabao Cup Final defeat against Man City in his post-match interview at Wembley, with Spurs losing to an 81st-minute winner.
Dier himself performed admirably in the centre of defence, throwing himself in front of shots and heading away anything that came near the box.
Having spent seven years at Tottenham now and coming up short in three finals, including two League Cups and a Champions League, Dier revealed that it was tough to take. However, he added that it had to drive the team on for the next one.
