Some Tottenham Hotspur players were being put through their paces at Hotspur Way today after Premier League clubs were given the green light to resume phase one of training.
Strict social distance protocols have to be maintained in phase one, including no contact between players (Sky Sports).
The squad has been split into groups of four or five and will then train on their own designated pitches.
Sky Sports checked in on the Spurs training ground this afternoon as Steven Bergwijn, Davinson Sanchez, and Japhet Tanganga were seen hard at work. The trio were filmed taking part in some running drills and shooting exercises.

It does look as though the authorities are keeping a close eye on whether the strict measures are being observed in phase one of training. It will be interesting to see if and when contact training will be allowed as the number of COVID-19 cases is unlikely to drop substantially anytime soon.
