Tottenham Hotspur’s Troy Parrott is having an impressive start to the season in various youth teams, but he had a night to forget yesterday for Ireland.
The teenage forward lined up for the Republic of Ireland U21 side against Italy, coming up against another Premier League youngster in Moise Kean.
When Troy Parrott went to push Kean away from the ball with half an hour left to play, Kean responded with a slightly more aggressive push of his own.
Strangely, the referee decided to brandish a straight red for Kean, before handing Parrott a second yellow and a red of his own.
Tottenham Hotspur academy starlet Troy Parrott has just received a second yellow card for this incident while Moise Kean ended up with a straight red.
Awful refereeing on show here … ?#THFC #COYS pic.twitter.com/7WcWibTFuz

Spurs Web Opinion:
How this altercation ended in two red cards I will never know. A horror show from the referee.
