Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has made a huge difference to the club throughout his five-year spell in charge.
Perhaps the greatest example of his coaching work comes in the form of Harry Winks, the first Spurs academy player he really helped to develop from debut to first-team star.
Winks now holds the number 8 shirt, is a regular for club and country, and looks to be one of the most promising young holding midfielders in England.
