Tottenham Hotspur have had more than their fair share of negative headlines and criticism from some supporters over the past six months following the lengthy delay surrounding the opening of the new stadium.
However, the club have shown their true class by inviting a terminally ill fan to visit the new 62,062 capacity seater stadium.
The supporter was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour and has a limited time left. We all hope that one of our own gets to see his side play a competitive match at the stadium following last night’s news.
Tottenham, we applaud you.
A friend of mine took this at the new stadium yesterday as spurs quickly arranged a tour for a friend i have sat behind for 25 yrs, he has been diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour & has little time left.
We all moan at times.. but well done spurs#donttakelifeforgranted pic.twitter.com/2FQVS0ruHO
