Video: Tottenham’s Destiny Udogie scores after just 25 seconds for Udinese

Destiny Udogie found the back of the net with a brilliant solo effort in Udinese’s 2-2 draw with Sassuolo on Sunday.

Udogie has excelled since returning to Udinese on loan in the summer after Tottenham snapped him up in a deal which could rise to £20m.

The 20-year-old has undoubtedly been one of the standout wing-backs in the Serie A this season, with Fabio Paratici even describing the youngster as a ‘complete player’ in his interview with Tottenham’s club’s official website a couple of weeks ago.

Udogie found the back of the net for the third time this season on Sunday, just 25 seconds after kick-off, with the youngster cutting in on his right foot and unleashing a well-directed strike into the far corner.

It might not be the cleanest of hits by Udogie but he showed great enterprise by cutting in on his right when he saw there was space to exploit in the middle, with the opposition defender covering the outside.  This is the sort of aggression that Conte would want to see from his wing-backs when they are in one vs one situation.
