Lucas Bergvall’s impressive form in the Allsvenskan continued on Saturday as the midfielder scored twice to help Djurgardens emerge 3-1 winners against Mjallby.

Spurs signed Bergvall in January and loaned him back out to Djurgardens, with the 18-year-old set to link up with Ange Postecoglou’s side in pre-season.
Over the last couple of months, the teenager has certainly vindicated the Lilywhites’ decision to spend big on him, continuing to look a cut above the rest in the Swedish top flight.
The midfielder already has six goals and five assists to his name across all competitions, which includes a brilliant brace on Saturday to help Djurgardens emerge 3-1 winners in an away clash at Mjallby.
The on-loan Tottenham man netted the first two goals of the game in the 11th and 23rd minutes, with the former being a beautifully struck volley from just outside the box that nestled into the far corner before the goalkeeper could react.

Spurs Web Opinion
Bergvall not only showed fantastic ball-striking technique with that hit but also his composure, with the midfielder remaining cool as a cucumber and getting a perfect connection on that volley as the ball dropped to him.
