One of Tottenham Hotspur’s biggest Champions League heroes from their run to the final last season, Fernando Llorente, was back in action last night.
The Spaniard signed on a free for Napoli this summer and took to the Champions League floodlights once again against an old enemy, Liverpool.
The last time Llorente faced the reds, he was on the losing side in the CL Final in Madrid, but he was out for revenge.
This time, he managed to score the goal that killed the game in a 2-0 win over Liverpool.
If only he’d done this back in June!
