Heung-min Son appears to have taken his superb Tottenham form into the international break as he netted a superb free-kick for South Korea this week.
It was Sonny’s 100th appearance for his country and he capped it off in style by curling one around the wall to make it 2-0 in the 91st minute.
With Harry Kane often struggling to find his mark from free-kicks, perhaps Son has put his name in the hat to take a few for Tottenham next season.

Son has the curled style of shot that works well from set-pieces like this. For whatever reason, Kane hasn’t been able to master the art of the dead-ball just outside the box, so perhaps he can have penalties and Son can have free-kicks… unless Eriksen is signed.
