England took on the Czech Republic this evening at Wembley in a EURO 2020 qualifier, with three Spurs men involved from the start.
Harry Kane captained the side, with Eric Dier and Dele Alli in midfield. Unfortunately, Dier was replaced by Ross Barkley mid way through the first half after picking up an injury.
The Three Lions controlled the game from the start, picking up where they left off with their World Cup and Nations League form.
Southgate’s side took the lead after 24 minutes, with Harry Kane being at the centre of the goal.
Kane picked the ball up just inside the final third before carving the defence in half with a beautifully weighted pass in behind for Jadon Sancho.
Sancho then slid the ball across to a waiting Raheem Sterling to finish the move off.
What a well worked goal by @England!
