Jose Mourinho was keen to point out that his side still need to do better in future despite defeating Brentford 2-0 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last night.
The Special One claimed that Spurs were solid enough to win but did not play brilliantly, although he was of course over the moon at reaching the Carabao Cup Final.
Mourinho hypothesised that the final would be played behind closed doors later this year, adding that he hoped for fans.
He also opined that Brentford will ‘probably’ be in the Premier League this time next year.
