Tottenham Hotspur began their Premier League campaign with a tense victory against Aston Villa.
While Spurs dominated the possession, it was Villa who caught the home side on the counter attack and took the lead in the first half.
However, the introduction of Christian Eriksen in the second half helped to turn the tide of the game with Tanguy Ndombele pulling Spurs level before Harry Kane scored two late goals.
The double from Kane was the first time he had scored at the new stadium and admitted the feeling was special and something he had thought about for a long time.
