Tottenham Hotspur have yet to purchase a single player this summer transfer window, making it over 16 months without a signing.
However, according to The Guardian, Spurs have now held talks with the agent of Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo, a tall 19-year-old playmaker.
He has enjoyed a fantastic first season with Roma, scoring six and assisting a futher two, as well as earning his first caps for Italy.
Zaniolo can play as a number 10 or on the right wing, two positions Spurs may look to strengthen this summer.
