Tottenham Hotspur have yet to sign a single player in the last 16 months, but reports suggest they have now made an enquiry for Fenerbahce’s Eljif Elmas (Turkish Football).
The Turkish club are said to have slapped a 20 million Euro price tag on the 19-year-old, with there still being three years left on his current contract.
The report also claims that Tottenham scouted the teenager three times last season, implying the London side are very keen.
