Tottenham Hotspur may have to replace the likes of Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen before long, with the Belgian duo both over 30 and with a year left on their contracts.
While Spurs already have Juan Foyth and Davidson Sanchez, they have been linked with a move for yet another young and highly-rated central defender.
The Sun report that, although Arsenal have agreed personal terms with St Etienne defender William Saliba, Spurs may look to pounce and snatch the player with a £30m deal.
