Lucas Moura has been named the Player of the Month for the Premier League month of August.
During his first start to a Tottenham campaign, Lucas scored three goals in three games to scoop up the prestigious award or his first real time of trying.
The Brazilian curled in a delightful effort against Fulham in game week two, before smashing home a brace away to Man United.
Moura became Tottenham’s all time leading goal scorer at Old Trafford after just one trip.
Spurs’ newest recruit took to Twitter to thank the Tottenham fans and his team mates for the amazing award.
