While some footballers such as Erik Lamela are currently soaking up the sun in Ibiza, Steven Bergwijn is back in Holland putting in the hard yards.
When he is back in his homeland, the Tottenham Hotspur winger is known to link up with Rani Training, a former professional athlete who now spends his time undertaking fitness and conditioning work with footballers and other sportspersons.
Rani, who had only just arrived back at Schipol Airport following a holiday to Ibiza took to his Instagram story to reveal that Bergwijn was the first person to text him to work out after returning home and praised the work ethic of the Dutch international.
Bergwijn has shown early promise following his move from PSV Eindhoven in January and scored three goals in fourteen Premier League appearances for Spurs last season (transfermarkt).
