Video: “You can’t get better than that” – Midfielder reflects on win against Arsenal

Moussa Sissoko was left delighted after being part of the Tottenham Hotspur side that secured the North London bragging rights.

2,000 Spurs fans were allowed back inside their vast stadium for the first time in 277 days and were celebrating when Heung-min Son scored a well-taken curling effort beyond the reach of Leno in the Arsenal goal after just 13 minutes.

Son combined once again with Harry Kane for the English captain to score a second goal just before the half to give Jose Mourinho’s side a comfortable buffer.

While Arsenal dominated possession, Sissoko and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg were particularly effective in snuffing out any threat which the Gunners looked to pose in the final third.

Sissoko admitted that a derby is always a special occasion and after his side went back to the top of the Premier League table he admitted it was something which the players and fans should enjoy together.

Spurs make the trip to south London in their next outing when they face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
