Videos – Troy Parrott scores two for Ireland U21 including a cheeky lob

Tottenham Hotspur’s Troy Parrott enjoyed his debut for the Republic of Ireland U21 team earlier this week when he managed to tuck home a nicely worked goal.

The teenager was at it again this evening, despite not even starting their match against Sweden.

Parrott came off the bench and scored twice for Ireland to secure a 3-1 win, including a fantastic finish from a tight angle and a cheeky lob.

The first goal and equaliser saw Parrott come onto the ball in the left hand side of the box, before stroking it home from a tight angle. The second saw the Irishman race clear, before lobbing the keeper in the box.
