Tottenham duo Gareth Bale and Rafael van der Vaart have both been nominated for the PFA’s Fans Player of the Month Award for October.
Both players have been in fantastic form for Spurs during the month, notably Bale’s hat-trick against Inter Milan and van der Vaart’s brace against Aston Villa.
Also up for the award are Michael Essien of Chelsea, Youssouf Mulumbu of West Brom, United pair Javier Hernandez and Nani and City’s Carlos Tevez.
