The job that Mauricio Pochettino has done at Tottenham should never be understated.
Not only has he qualified for the Champions League for the last three years running, but he has done so on the tightest budget our of all of the so called ‘big six’.
Poch has spent a net sum of just under £30m since his arrival from Southampton, instead opting for a mixture of smart buys and faith in youth.
This idea of building a team has shone through in the Premier League, and Spurs are now one of the most exciting and enjoyable teams to watch.
You can really see that Pochettino and the players have a close bond, and they are all friends above team mates.
Dele Alli has proven such with his latest Instagram post, showing the lads winding down with a game of Uno in the dressing room.
After Dele beats Aurier to the final card, the room bursts into laughter and dance.
