Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with a move for Lyon’s Tanguy Ndombele ahead of next season (Le10Sport).
The midfielder trained with his French international team mates earlier today and a beautiful slide ball assist he provided to Leo Dubois was captured on video.
Ndombele picked the ball up outside of the penalty area and spotted the run of Dubois before playing a piercing pass into the path of his Lyon team mate who made no mistake with his finish beyond Hugo Lloris in goal.
It is this type of pass which has been severely lacking in Tottenham’s final third this season, we often try to be too cute in playing our way through defences and if Ndombele could bring this creativity to North London then he would be well worth the tag of our most expensive signing to date.
