Sky Sports News reporter Kaveh Solhekol has certainly won himself a few Tottenham Hotspur fans following a comment he made live on air yesterday (29th July).

Solhekol appeared on the Transfer Show at 7:20pm when his colleague Dharmesh Sheth who was discussing Arsenal claimed: “When Arsenal knock on a player’s door, it’s a different knock than other clubs.”

Sheth was suggesting that an enquiry from Arsenal for a prospective player carries more significance than other teams.

Solhekol wasted no time with his fantastically witty response: “At the moment that knock is a knock asking if you want to play in the Europa League on Thursday nights.

The majority of Spurs fans will have enjoyed the comment considering that Tottenham Hotspur will once again enjoy another season of Champions League football and have finished above their North London rivals in the Premier League for three consecutive campaigns.
