‘We need Pochettino back’ – Some Spurs fans react to 0-0 result away to Chelsea

Tottenham Hotspur seemed to set up to earn a clean sheet and a point away to Chelsea this evening, with Jose Mourinho returning to his old home of Stamford Bridge.

The home side were certainly the more progressive of the two in terms of searching for a winner, coming close a few times when crossing to Tammy Abraham in the middle.

Spurs looked less inclined to break away through the pace of Heung-min Son today, with the South Korean doing more defensive work than attacking on the wing.

Tanguy Ndombele arguably looked to be Tottenham’s most creative player, but even he was unable to fashion too much in the way of clear cut chances.

Steven Bergwijn had a couple of half-chances come his way, which was unfortunate as he is certainly the least sharp of the Tottenham front line in terms of fitness and minutes.

In the end, a point took Spurs back to the summit of the Premier League and the majority of fans seemed happy with the result, although the odd supporter was unhappy with Mourinho’s style.
