Tottenham Hotspur take on newly-promoted Wolves at Wembley this afternoon, but it will take some doing to keep up their recent goal scoring form.
Spurs beat Everton 6-2 at Goodison Park just before Christmas, following this up with a 5-0 thumping of Bournemouth on Boxing Day.
Pochettino’s men will do well to turnover an impressive Wolves side with such success today, but three points could go a long way to closing the gap on Liverpool.
Spurs are currently in second place in the League, six points below the Merseyside team, with Liverpool to play Arsenal and Man City next.
A win today could be the first step towards cutting this deficit down, thrusting Tottenham well into a title race for the second half of the season.
Pochettino makes a few changes today, with Sanchez coming in for Foyth, Trippier for KWP, and Davies for Rose in defence.
Dele Alli also returns in place of Lucas Moura who scored last time out against the Cherries.
#THFC: Lloris (C), Trippier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Davies, Sissoko, Winks, Eriksen, Dele, Son, Kane.

Very strong team. Good to see Dele is back and his injury wasn’t too bad #COYS

KWP dropped again. I look forward to his next appearance in 2019/20 when he will be man of the match again, and then won’t play for 6 months again after that.
