‘What are you playing at’ – Some fans react to the Spurs team vs Wolves

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the team selection for this afternoon’s Premier League match against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.

As expected, Nuno Espirito Santo has made wholesale changes to his line up after giving those who did not feature in the Premier League opener against Manchester City the opportunity to stake their claim for a place in the side, however, Thursday night’s display at Pacos de Ferreira left a lot to be desired.

Nuno Espirito Santo can become the fourth consecutive Spurs boss to win his first two Premier League matches, if he can get one over his former side.

Since Wolves returned to the Premier League in 2018-19, they have not won their first home league match of the season in any of their three campaigns (D2 L1), and lost 3-1 to Manchester City last season in their home opener.
