Tottenham return to domestic action on Saturday with a London derby against West Ham, and Ange Postecoglou could potentially have three players back in contention for a place in the team after a spell on the sidelines.

All eyes on Sonny
So far this season, Tottenham’s injury list has not been too severe, with very little disruption to Ange Postecoglou‘s plans for the team.
In recent weeks, the only names missing from first-team action have been Heung-min Son, Richarlison, and Wilson Odobert.
Now, according to a report from Football.London, there is optimism that all three could be just about ready for the game against West Ham on Saturday, but it all depends on how training goes this week.
Son is perhaps the most likely to return for that game, and is expected to take part in full training over the coming days ahead of the weekend.
There will be close attention paid to the Spurs captain’s hamstring and how it holds up through the sessions before an assessment is made for the next fixture.

The bench beckons for Richarlison and Odobert
Meanwhile, Richarlison and Odobert are thought to be less likely to be 100% by the weekend, but there is a chance they could make the bench.
Richarlison has been back on the grass recently, and there is a hope that he can partake in full training sessions throughout this week.
It is said the West Ham game may come too soon for the Brazilian, with Spurs not keen to take a risk on his fitness, but there’s still a possibility he will be around the matchday squad.
Odobert has seemingly recovered a lot quicker than expected from his own hamstring strain. The young Frenchman was expected back at the end of October, but could be involved in training this week.
If so, the likelihood is that Odobert will return for the Europa League game against AZ Alkmaar next Thursday, but he could sneak in ahead of schedule for the weekend.

A major boost for Spurs
Having even just Sonny back for the West Ham game would be huge for Spurs, and the skipper being in the team again would be just the kind of lift the players need after the disappointment of that Brighton defeat.
If Richarlison and Odobert can make the bench, too, then Postecoglou will have his strength in depth back to full capacity, which can only be a good thing.
