When, where and how to watch Tottenham’s friendly against Nice

Yahoo Sports have revealed that Son Heung-min is expected to feature in Tottenham’s friendly against Nice on Tuesday.

Antonio Conte and his coaching staff are putting the Tottenham players through their paces at Hotspur Way ahead of the resumption of the Premier League campaign on Boxing Day.

Spurs have already played two behind-closed-door friendlies against Motherwell and Peterborough’s Under-21s, winning both comfortably.

While Conte named a starting eleven entirely consisting of players who did not play in the World Cup for those matches, that might change against Nice on Tuesday, with the likes of Son Heung-min and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg now back in training.

Yahoo reveal that the South Korean is expected to feature against the Ligue 1 side but Ben Davies, Rodrigo Bentancur and Richarlison are all unavailable due to injuries.

Hugo Lloris, Ivan Perisic and Cristian Romero will not be involved owing to their participation in the latter stages of the World Cup while Eric Dier and Harry Kane are also unlikely to feature since they will only return to training on Monday.

Spurs Web Opinion

As we get closer to the resumption of the campaign, one would expect Conte to experiment less, in terms of trying new tactical ideas, and want the players to approach the contest like a competitive one. The quality of the opposition is also a notch higher than the two we have faced so far over recent days.
