Tottenham Hotspur get their Europa League campaign underway this week against Azerbaijan outfit, Qarabag. Here are all the details you need to tune into the game.
After an impressive fifth-placed finish in the Premier League last season, Ange Postecoglou will now get the chance to lead his Tottenham side into Europe.
If they’re to have a chance of winning the tournament, they’ll need to make light work of opponents like Qarabag. So, how can you watch the game, and which players are likely to be involved?

Spurs vs Qarabag team news
Tottenham have just two players on the injury table right now: Richarlison and Wilson Odobert. The pair are not expected to be back until mid-October.
Richarlison has been struggling for fitness for a while now, and Postecoglou has told the press (via Football.London) that the Brazilian is still a ‘fair way off’ being back to full fitness.
Odobert was injured early on in the Carabao Cup win over Coventry last week, and his thigh injury is thought to be a ‘significant’ one according to his manager (club website).
The Lilywhites will also be without Cristian Romero, who has a one-match suspension to serve in European competition, after picking up a red card against AC Milan in the 2022/23 Champions League campaign.
Djed Spence will not be allowed to play for Spurs in this competition, as he was left out of Postecoglou’s Europa League squad. The decision was made due to the quota on club-trained and homegrown players needed in the squad.
The Spurs Web predict a comfortable win
No disrespect to Qarabag, but Tottenham should have no issue beating them, even with what we imagine will be a somewhat rotated lineup. We expect to see starts for the likes of Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall, and maybe some minutes for Mikey Moore, too.
Spurs can make a real statement as to their credentials as tournament favourites with this game, and we anticipate a comfortable 4-0 win for the Lilywhites.
