Alan Shearer shares which club Harry Kane should leave Spurs for

Former Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer believes that Harry Kane should look to join Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

Kane has been heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur after reportedly reiterating his intention to leave the club ahead of next season which has seen Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea register their interest with his representative (Sky Sports).

A move to PSG would see the 27-year-old reunited with former manager Mauricio Pochettino, who was linked with a return to North London only for the Ligue 1 giants to insist he is going nowhere (The Telegraph).

Kane’s preference is to remain in the Premier League, where he is chasing Shearer’s goalscoring record of 260 goals, while Kane is seventh on the list with 166.

Shearer, who was appearing on the BBC Match of the Day top 10 Podcast along with Gary Lineker and Micah Richards thinks that a switch to the French capital would be a great move.

He said: “I think that would be a great move for him PSG, I think that’s where he should go,”

“Says the man who doesn’t want his record broken,” Lineker chipped in.

“No, but PSG would be a great move for him wouldn’t it?” Richards added.
