Who travelled the furthest over the international break – Spurs or Liverpool

Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool have both seen their players travel long distances over this international period, but which club has clocked up the most air miles?

The two Premier League heavyweights come head to head this weekend, as first plays third.

While Tottenham are no longer title contenders, they could still have a huge say in where the title ends up this season, with trips to both Liverpool and City to come.

Spurs will also be determined to pick up some points after dropping 11 out of the last twelve.

They now find themselves in a race for the Champions League spots with Arsenal, Man United, and Chelsea.

Pochettino had 16 of his players on international duty this week, clocking up 61,883 miles between them (SkySports).

On the other hand, Liverpool had 13 players representing their countries, only clocking up 33,977 miles travelled.

That means the Liverpool lads have travelled almost half the distance of Tottenham’s stars ahead of the big game this weekend.
