The journalist reveals that Bayern remain keen on tying Sane to a new contract and could even make an improved offer to the winger after their initial offer was turned down.
Plettenberg adds that the ongoing meeting could be ‘decisive’ in deciding the German international’s future, with the wide-man currently keeping his options open.

The fact that the rumours linking Sane with Spurs and other Premier League clubs came out just a day before Pini Zahavi’s negotiations with Bayern is very telling.
