Kevin Wimmer and Ben Davies ready to step in for Tottenham
Kevin Wimmer and Ben Davies will be on hand to deputise for ankle injury victim Jan Vertonghen when Tottenham face Manchester City on Saturday evening.
Vertonghen’s ankle problem is not as serious as first feared, with the Belgium central defender likely to be missing for six weeks as confirmed by Mauricio Pochettino in his pre-match press conference.
Spurs have no fresh injury issues ahead of the Premier League trip to the Etihad Stadium.
