‘With Harry Kane all is possible’ – Pochettino on Kane playing again this season

Tottenham Hotspur qualified for their first ever Champions League semi final last night as they grabbed three away goals at the Etihad.

Spurs beat Man City on away goals across the two legs, with the score line finishing at 4-4.

Tottenham now have a date with Ajax in the semi finals, just two games away from making it all the way to the Champions League final.

In fact, not to get carried away, but Spurs are just three big performances away from winning the entire competition.

However, the Lilywhites may have to do it without star man Harry Kane, after he picked up another ankle ligament injury against Man City in the first leg.

These types of injuries usually keep Kane out for about a month, with many writing it off as the end to his season.

However, if Spurs make it all the way to the final, it would give the England captain extra time to make it back, and he is already undergoing rehab.

Pochettino refused to rule it out (Football London): “Still we cannot say nothing. We’ll assess day by day, we’ll see. We’re not optimistic but you know Harry Kane and with Harry Kane all is possible. We’re not going to say he won’t play again or not, we will assess day by day.”
