Jonathan Woodgate is focusing on returning to action with Tottenham Hotspur.
The defender has taken a positive approach to his groin injury which has seen the England international travel to America to recieve treatment in the hope he can return to action before the end of the campaign.
“I hope to be back out there soon,” he said in the Sunday Mirror.
“Injuries are never nice but all players know they are part of the game and you just have to get on with it.
“I’m just looking to get fit again and play a part in what should be an exciting end to the season.
“I just hope to be back soon, helping the team in any way I can.”
