Tottenham Hotspur have been dealt a massive injury blow with the news that Jonathan Woodgate has suffered a fresh setback.
The central defender has yet to appear for Spurs this season after undergoing surgery on a groin problem, but it has failed to solve the problem.
Redknapp told the Daily Mirror: “Woodgate’s nowhere near playing again.
“He went to see a specialist again and he just can’t train. We haven’t got to the bottom of the injury at all, what’s causing him discomfort.”
