Luke Young has insisted that he wants to stay at Aston Villa.
The 31-year-old pulled out of a £2.75million transfer to Liverpool just before the start of the new Premier League season and recently had been linked with a return to Tottenham Hotspur as part of a possible deal for Robbie Keane or Jermaine Jenas.
“There are still people ringing me left, right and centre to see if I am available,” Young told the Daily Star.
“Hopefully once the window shuts, everything should be more settled.”
