The Dutch international joined Spurs for a whopping £17m in 2016 from AZ, but the curse of the Tottenham striker struck him down before he got going.
Just like Roberto Soldado before him, everything Janssen touched seemed to turn to misses, and he failed to gain a decent run in the Tottenham team.
Most recently, he was linked with a move away from the club, but picked up a last minute injury and must now remain to recover. His number 9 shirt has been stripped from him, and there seems no way back for the young striker.
