Signed in 2016 for £11m from Marseille, N'Koudou was the latest in a line of pacey wingers purchased by Spurs who never quite made the grade.
So far he has managed 23 appearances for the club, and failed to impress on loan at Burnley last season where he only made eight.
N'Koudou looked promising in pre-season this year, but it seems that the French winger is out of Poch's plans.
