If you can’t make it to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to support your favourite team in action, there’s no better way than to watch the big match from the comfort of your own garden.
We recently got our hands on a Sylvox Outdoor TV, which is designed to withstand the outdoor elements and delivers clear visuals even in bright outdoor settings.
With Tottenham about to start the new campaign under new head coach Thomas Frank, we’re excited to be able to put the TV to further use on Champions League nights, as well as Premier League fixtures at the weekends when the sun is shining.

Ports, Design and Remote Control
The TV is protected by a solid alloy casing and is IP55-rated for rain, dust, and moisture resistance. On the reverse of set, all of the ports are protected by a dedicated screwable area.
Inside you will find dual HDMI 2.1, USB 2.0 and 3.0, Optical Out, and a few others, which meant we were able to easily connect both a PlayStation 5 and a Virgin Stream Box without having to go through the frustration of swapping cables.
The remote control is scratch resistant and also IP55-rated, we loved the fact there are specific buttons for Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, and YouTube – the latter making it really easy to watch the latest Tottenham streaming content from both the club and fan creators.
Picture and Gaming
The 1000-nit brightness which is three times brighter than an indoor TV ensures a clear picture even in sunny outdoor settings during the British summertime.
A Native 120Hz refresh rate and 48-120Hz Variable Refresh Rate can comfortably handle the sight of Micky van de Ven sprinting across the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium pitch, meaning that all fast-moving action is optimised and is also great for when playing computer games.
The TV is powered by Google TV which gives you access to smart streaming via plenty of different apps including Netflix, YouTube, Paramount +, Channel 4, My5, Discovery + and many more.
Verdict
As an outdoor gaming TV, Sylvox’s 55″ 120HZ Waterproof Outdoor TV-2025 Gaming Series is well-priced considering the TV is able to withstand temperatures from -22°F to 122°F, with a rugged frame designed for year-round outdoor use.
