Opinion: Score prediction for Leicester City vs Tottenham Hotspur

It has been a mixed bag of a week for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League and Champions League.

Spurs looked to be back at their best last weekend against Crystal Palace in the league when they raced to a 4-0 lead inside the first half.

However, after ringing the changes for the first match of the Champions League season, Pochettino’s Spurs looked sloppy away to Olympiacos.

They somehow found themselves 2-0 up just before half-time, but handed the home side goals either side of the break to draw the game 2-2.

A win would have been a great three points to start with in the group, especially as Bayern Munich won comfortably against Red Star Belgrade, with the score finishing 3-0.

However, I believe that if Son, Rose, and Aurier return to the starting line up, Tottenham should edge a tight affair in Leicester.

I am predicting a 2-1 away win, with goals coming from Sonny and Kane.
