Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have been in Premier League action, with the half-time whistle having just been blown by referee Michael Oliver.
This is a must-win fixture for Tottenham as they look to avoid relegation from the Premier League with the North Londoners having one eye on the West Ham vs Leeds match across London, where the Hammers need to win and hope Roberto De Zerbi‘s side lose to condemn them to the Championship.
Joao Palhinha’s goal just before halftime has given Tottenham a 1-0 advantage.
Spurs Web have analysed the performance of each of the Tottenham players during the first half, with Premier League survival at stake.
Antonin Kinsky – 6
Again, chosen ahead of Vicario in goal. Has not been troubled by the visitors.
Pedro Porro – 7
Has looked to get forward and support Spence as much as possible, made a nice interception on Dewsbury-Hall.
Kevin Danso – 6
Had a chance early on, but dragged his shot wide. Had a further opportunity from a header.
Micky van de Ven – 6
Has snuffed out a couple of Everton threats with his pace.
Destiny Udogie – 7
Solid first half from the Italian, who has rarely been troubled defensively. Linked up well in attacking phases with Tel.
Conor Gallagher – 7
Playing the furthest forward of the midfield trio, tasked with supporting the front three.

Rodrigo Bentancur – 7
Has looked to get the ball forward and made some decent interceptions. Needs to keep a cool head defensively.
Joao Palhinha – 7
Got away with one when he tried to flick the ball with his head in his own penalty area, but certainly made up for it when he opened the scoring just before half time.
Djed Spence – 6
Playing further forward as a right winger, needs to cross the ball on more occasions rather than playing it back inside.
Mathys Tel – 8
Has caused plenty of problems for O’Brien down the left, once again, Tottenham’s brightest player.
Richarlison – 6
Facing his former side and has played with his back to goal due to the physical nature of Keane and Tarkowski.
