Daniel Farke reveals chances of Norwich re-signing Skipp on loan next season

Norwich boss, Daniel Farke has admitted that the chances of the club re-signing Oliver Skipp from Tottenham next season are slim.

Skipp has enjoyed an outstanding campaign for Norwich so far and seems to be improving with each passing game.

Some Spurs fans on social media have been blown away by the 20-year-old’s season and insisted that he is ready to slot straight into the Tottenham midfielder as a regular when he returns from his loan spell.

Norwich look to be aiming to bounce straight back into the top flight next season but Farke has now admitted to Eastern Daily Express journalist, Connor Southwell that the club are unlikely to sign Skipp on loan again next year.

The Norwich boss also admitted that, while he prefered a permanent signing last summer, the Tottenham youngster was so talented that he agreed on a loan deal.

The German boss revealed that Skipp was at the top of his wish list last summer and praised the Spurs academy graduate’s attitude.

Mourinho admitted that he was reluctant to loan Skipp out even this season. So there is no chance that the 20-year-old would spend another season on loan next year given how well he has played at Carrow Road.
