The Senegal forward spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich and has now returned to Chelsea. Following the latest reports, Spurs fans have taken to social media to give their reactions.
Many Tottenham fans cannot seem to wrap their heads around the links with Jackson.
Sharing their thoughts, one fan said: “This fella cannot hit a barn door can he?” Another added: “Jesus Christ, these attacking links just get more and more underwhelming.”
One Tottenham supporter was left confused, stating: “Hmmmm, unsure what to think on this one.” A fourth fan wondered if the latest links were indeed De Zerbi’s bomba, commenting: “If this is the ‘bomba’ I will bomba the f**king boardroom.”
One more supporter questioned: “How is he better than Solanke and Richarlison?” while another stated: “He is better than what we have, but that is crazy money for someone as inconsistent as him. Why can we not just follow the Tonali/Fernandes route and spend crazy on an Osimhen?”
Calls for a proper striker followed, with a fan adding: “Literally going to have no goal scorers in that front three. Need a proper striker.”
Calls for Spurs to sign Osimhen continued: “The striker market really does suck, does it not? But at this price, go get Osimhen.”

Jackson’s Premier League record shows promise but finishing remains a concern
Jackson is no stranger to the Premier League, having managed two seasons in the English top flight before his loan to Germany.
In those two campaigns, the Senegalese forward put up respectable numbers, scoring 14 goals in his first season at Chelsea and ten goals in his second spell at the club.
However, his finishing can be frustrating, as Jackson managed 43 big chances missed during his first two seasons in England.
