One of the three players who had expressed a desire to leave Tottenham late in the window has now secured a move to one of the biggest clubs in Europe.
Following his side’s 2-0 loss to Newcastle United on Saturday, Roberto De Zerbi had confirmed that Kevin Danso, Richarlison, and Pape Sarr had asked to leave the club.
According to reports, Richarlison is expected to return to Everton as part of a double deal that will bring Iliman Ndiaye to Tottenham.
It has now been confirmed that one of the biggest clubs in Serie A has completed a deal to sign one of these wantaway Spurs stars.
Pape Sarr’s move from Tottenham to Juventus gets a ‘here we go’
It emerged on Sunday that Juventus had agreed personal terms with Sarr, and were working on reaching a final agreement with Tottenham.
They have now done so, according to Fabrizio Romano, who has given his ‘here we go’ for the 23-year-old’s switch to the Allianz Stadium.
The journalist confirmed that the Bianconeri have signed Sarr on an initial loan deal with a conditional obligation to buy worth €30m (£25.6m).
Romano wrote on X: “Juventus agree deal to sign Pape Matar Sarr, here we go! Deal agreed between clubs with Tottenham on an initial loan plus buy option clause to become mandatory under certain conditions. Total package worth €30m fee for THFC. Sarr wanted Juventus; deal now done.”

Sarr attracted interest from several Premier League and European clubs over recent weeks, with Juve entering the race at the last moment and clinching an agreement.
This is a great opportunity for the young midfielder to prove himself at one of the biggest clubs in Italy, and he has the attributes to be a success in Serie A.
Sarr leaves Tottenham with 141 appearances after arriving for less than £15m from Metz four years ago, with Spurs set to make a healthy profit if the conditional obligation to buy is triggered.
