Tottenham Hotspur look to be getting a good deal if Richarlison agrees to return to Everton, with Iliman Ndiaye moving the other way.
Things have moved rapidly in the transfer window over the last 12 hours, with Manchester City reaching an agreement to land Spurs target Cody Gakpo.
However, the Lilywhites have wasted little time in reaching an agreement for an alternative winger after missing out on the Dutchman.
According to David Ornstein, Spurs and Everton have agreed a double-deal for Ndiaye and Richarlison, with the Brazilian set to return to Merseyside and the Senegal international heading the other way.

There is still no confirmation on the part-exchange deal, but a new update has revealed the fee the two clubs have agreed for the duo.
According to The Times reporter, Paul Joyce, Everton will pay £35m to re-sign Richarlison, while Tottenham will pay £60m for Ndiaye.
That means the 26-year-old winger will cost the Lilywhites only £25m on top of the Brazilian, which some will see as a bargain, given the prices of various Premier League stars on the market this summer.
Joyce wrote on X: ” Spurs set to pay £60 m for Ndiaye and Everton £35m for Richarlison.”

Fabrizio Romano has also confirmed the double-deal between Everton and Tottenham, with the journalist adding that a final agreement now depends on the two players.
He added that the Everton winger has already given the green light to complete a move to Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
It appears that Ndiaye is set to become the Lilywhites’ ninth addition of what has been an extremely busy summer transfer window.
